We need to assess your experience in surfing, to be able to teach you what you need to learn as effectively as possible.
OVER THE YEARS WE HAVE DEVELOPED A FORMULA TO TEACH THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF SURFING ON ALL LEVELS AND WILL USE THIS AS A ROAD MAP. BUT, THE MAP IS NOT THE TERRITORY.
DEPENDING ON THE GROUP WE WILL CUSTOMISE THE COURSE CONTENT AND APPLY WHAT TURNS OUT TO BE RELEVANT AND WANTED.

I can stand up and catch the majority of waves I paddle for.

As on land, so in the sea! We’ve put 15 years into building and refining our course content so our theory lessons will help you understand the whys and hows of surfing. Rather than simply giving straight up instructions, we help you understand the principles of physics that come into play in the water so that what you learn here will be retained even after you leave the surfcamp.
In the water, you’ll be guided by our skilled local coaches and receive real time feedback so you can make adjustments that will alter your performance. Our Western coaches also do photo review sessions as often as needed so that you can learn from your mistakes as well as those of others.
